We live in a home much differently than we prepare it for sale; therefore, Creative Eye Home Staging offers two distinct services :  Staging to Live and Staging to Sell.

 

· Staging to Live

You may no longer see the potential your home and furnishings have to offer.  A creative eye sees things from a new and different perspective.  It will notice details long over-looked and see new challenges AND possibilities.  Let Creative Eye turn your old space into a fresh and inviting place you will enjoy again and prospective buyers can’t resist!

 

When Staging to Live, we will work closely with you to make sure your home reflects your personality.  You will probably want to display family photos and prized collections.  You may be surprised at the treasures you didn’t even know you owned!  Furniture will be arranged tastefully, but in a way that will also be functional to your style of living.

 

A consultant will meet with you free of charge to determine what you want your home to be. We can do as much—or as little—as you wish.  Services are completely determined by you, but might include:

 

          De-cluttering

          Arrangement of furniture

          Hanging wall decor

          Organizing

          Color selection

          Shopping services

 

 

· Staging to Sell—Complimentary Bid

You want to be sure that your property stands out from the competition when it is

placed on the market.  A complimentary bid is available just by giving us a call!

At no charge to you, a consultant will visit your home and have ideas on how to make your home  a property realtors will be eager to show and one that will “wow” buyers.  

 

After evaluating your property, Creative Eye will submit a written recommendation of

services and a bid.  Once you have reviewed the proposal, you will be contacted to

determine if you are interested in proceeding with the staging as proposed, or if you prefer to pursue only part of the project.  We will work to meet both your time frame and your budget requirements.

 

 

· Staging to Sell—Consultation (fee based on sq. footage)

This is an in-depth analysis of your home from a marketing standpoint. The report will be several pages in length and will detail suggestions for improving your home’s appearance both inside and out.  Specific recommendations will be made as to color, furniture arrangement, wall hangings, aesthetic repairs, etc. A pre-showing checklist is included.

 

This consult is complete enough that you may elect to do the work yourself.  If you would like Creative Eye to stage your home, a complimentary bid will be included for some or all of the recommended services.
